The first Council of 2010 has been elected. Congratulations to Ewoksrule91, Platky, and Southnumbers and thank you to all who voted!

Be on the lookout for a new edition of the RSJK Newsletter and other surprises! Committees have been reshuffled and we are excited to work on some projects with our committees. We're also looking to update our databases and memberlists as soon as possible. Be sure to post in the appropriate threads on the forum in regards to these items. Also, if you have any contributions, feel free to post them or PM them to the Council.

Happy 8th Anniversary Runescape Order of Jedi Knights!

On October 17th, 2001. The Initial Meeting that formed the clan known as the Runescape Order of Jedi Knights occurred. Eight years later, this clan continues on!

News - October 7th 2009

The third quarter of 2009 is now by it's end. This quarter's council consisted of Ewoksrule91, Platky and Sikita1.

This quarter we have established a role-playing guild for our members to enjoy. We have done huge updates to our History guild. New biographies have been added and more of our history have been added as well. Recently we updated our Runehead because the old on was lost and outdated. Now you can see our memberlist at http://www.runehead.com/clans/ml.php?clan=rsjedi. Also, we got ourself a brand new domain for our website. After 7 years of hosting our website, Geocities were closing. The problem was solved by Sir Cronocrimsoa and now our website is located at www.rsjedi.com.

This October we will have a big party to celebrate our 8 years as a clan. The Party will be on the 17th of October, and it will be great! Cheers to the 8 years of Jedi and many more to come.

News - Febuary 20th 2009
Congratulations to Ewoksrule91, Sikita1 and South630 who were unanimously elected to the Second Quarter Council recently.

Work on the RSJK Newsletter is underway and a brand new, revamped issue is expected some time in May.
The Council is working on a few improvements for the clan so expect to hear about those shortly.

News - Febuary 20th 2009
Due in part to some sudden abandonments. Some internal reshuffling has occured with the clan. Committees have been reorganized. New ones have been created, and some of the old ones have been eliminated. Also a new council has been elected. Congradulations to Bloodmonk66, Ewoksrule91, Ronin148 and South630 who make up the new First Quarter Council.

This in the Jedi continue along. Council election results from the beginning of last month are concluded. Congratulations to Darkfox101,Mellainius and Zigorkhan who make up the new council.
The big new of the month. The Jedi are approaching our 7th year anniversary. On October 17th 2001, on a quiet evening, in a Runescape that was a very different place. Four low level and obscure players came together to create a clan and forge a legend. Its been a long and rocky road these seven years, but I think now it can be said that this was a clan that has survived the test of time. We have a series of events planned for the 7th Anniversary Meeting, on October 19th. Check the forum for the latest.

New positions have been created within the clan for administration, as well an expansion and the creation of the council aide/department heads idea. Its finally inplace, and is starting to show great promise

Expect numerous updates to occur both on the website and on the web forum with in anticipation of the 7 years anniversary, as well as the new council and plans that are coming in place. Check the forum for the latest.
A special thanks to everyone that was ever a part of, allied with, or even in opposition to the Jedi knights. Its your help that allowed us to survive this long. Heres to 7 years, and perhaps another 7 yet to come...

Sad day friends. Out great forum has been hacked. Although they were foiled and not able to delete everything. Most of our content and members were deleted. Forum restoration is in progress. If your account was deleted, register a new account, and send a PM to one of the forums current Council Masters and Administrators with your previous name, rank, and if you remember, post count and karma. It will be restored as it was.

Thanks to everyone in helping restore the forum. A great trust in this clan was violated.

Forums are back online, however have experianced some data loss due to a fire at our server providers. None of the servers are damaged, as all data will be restored as power is restored. If your checking the forums and see that they are down, don't panic. Turns out proboards had a power failure at one of their server providers, and several servers are down, just so happening, the one that hosts our forums is among them. Proboards is working on the matter and hopes to have them up again as soon as possible. - Zigorkhan

Edit: It says it is back online as of 12:53 P.M. Central Time, but you may still experience a slight lag or you may not load the forums at all. They are still woking on the system. The Proboards 18 server is currently offline, Proboards told me that they are working on restoring it. It has been offline for 12-13 hours, so they should be close to fixing the problem.

Updates have been made throughout the site, along with a major sweep of the members list. Removing inactive members on both the site list, and the forum. If you have been accidently removed from the members list, or your forum account was deleted, and are still active. Please PM ether Cronocrimsoa, Kevinleemeie, Jedi Luke 7, or Zigorkhan, and re-register with the forums. You can also inform the council via the forum of any problems. We apologize for any inconveniences.

On October 27th, the Runescape Jedi celebrated our fourth year as a Runescape clan. This is a great accomplishment, as the vast majority of clans, don't even last one. Congratulations to everyone in the clan, and a special thanks to everyone who was ever a member, allied, or even an enemy of our clan. Because after all, Without your help and efforts, we never would have been able to make this clan last. Thank you.

The creation of a new Event Organization committee has started this month, with Strums appointed as the head. Hopefully, this will help our clan hold events more frequently, and more successfully, then we have in the past. If you wish to participate, or submit idea's. Please PM strums, or a member of the council.

If you would like to submit any works for the archives section of the site, we would be more the happy to accept any. Please PM Cronocrimsoa, Kevinleemeie, Jedi Luke 7, or Zigorkhan, or post through the forum. On that same note, in the next few days. The Jedi will finally be compiling our long neglected "links" section of the site. if you are the Web master of a Runescape, or Star Wars related site. If any members wish to submit any content for the web site. Please post on the Clan Forum. We are always hoping to receive new content for the Jedi Archives from our members.

The Jedi Council Application for April to July 2005 Council Term, has now begun. Although the election is still a few weeks away. Check the Clan Forums for Details.

The Runescape Jedi Knight Clan Council Elections Start at the Meeting held tomorrow (July 31st). All Council Candidates will be making a speech. Be sure to come. Voting will be held on the Clan Forum and will be open from July 31st at 2pm (Central Daylight Time) to 1:59pm August 7th (Central Daylight Time). Be sure to submit your vote on who should be the next Council.
Almost all Pages on this website have been completed. Work will begin now to try and make the site more "aesthetically pleasing". If any members would like to submit works for the site or have any ideas. Please Post on the Clan Forum, or PM/Email one of the Council Members.
